The Angelina

Named after Umberto's wife, the Angelina is reminiscent of a warm Italian evening and brings that unique Italian flavour to any occasion.

The Angelina is made from ciabatta dough marinated in sugo, the traditional long-cooked Italian tomato sauce made with herbs and olive oil.

This ciabatta is delicious warm with any Italian dish.
